Learn how to identify and define your organization’s shared values and standards, then align them with your business goals to find success.

Bring your company and leadership team together to define your organization’s shared set of values, guiding principles, and standards of behavior to help everyone on your team buy into and work toward the company vision.

How this workshop works:
The process behind developing your organizational values is as critical as the values themselves. During this 2 day event, you will:

Bring together the entire company in person or via video conference (no more than 50 people) or at least one representative from each division or team, including your entire leadership team, to identify your organizational values, including:
- Revisiting current values, and creating new ones if necessary
- Choosing 12 key values that support your culture and drive toward business goals
- Determining the exact definition of the value and behaviors associated with each value, to ensure they mean the same thing to everyone.
- Facilitate collaboration, healthy conflict, and proactive discussion
- Consider what you value as an organization and how everyone thinks, acts and communicates collectively.
- Create ISMS* for each value to make them easy to remember. Your organizational values will become meaningful, memorable and purposeful when paired with a slogan, written description and image of what the value truly means.
*ISMS: Easy to remember slogans or taglines that means something specific and unique to an individual or organization. Cultural ISMS bring your values to life. ISMS are how you build consistent definitions, a belief system, and a language for everyone to live by.
Company Culture Integration: Cultural ISMS Rollout
The Cultural ISMS Rollout focuses on creating a meaningful transformative and collaborative experience for participants while beginning the integration process of an organization's ISMS.
The event is designed to support participants in understanding:
- The cultural assessment results
- The importance of values and how they align with the vision and culture of the organization
- The 12 values, definitions and ISMS
- The important role each participant plays in the success of the organization and how to come together as a team to create results
- The Cycle of Performance they will go through as they integrate the ISMS into their daily work life
- Outlining next steps in the integration process
